Job Overview TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Organizing and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance operations. Managing, preventing, and monitoring breakdowns and technical interventions. Ensuring the smooth running of production. Managing the technical personnel's schedule. Participating in the establishment of the maintenance budget. Managing the machine park and spare parts. Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What your background should look like:

Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering. Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar maintenance engineering position. Background in Automotive / Pharma industry (advantage) Good skills in industrial machine maintenance. Good interpersonal skills and a team player. Good sense of autonomy, rigor, and organization. Experience with SAP (advantage) Fluent English and French required.
