Wood is currently sourcing for Lead Maintenance Engineer to work on our PMC project in Abu Dhabi for 12-14 months assignment.
Objective:
Execute assigned scopes of work
Generate technical & commercial proposals for new work scopes
Manage teams for task execution
Deliver against project objectives
Act as head of discipline within OMS
Key Accountanbilities
Provide subject matter discipline input and consultancy on maintenance, reliability and asset management work scopes, which may include the following specific activities: maintenance strategy development; critical spares reviews; ISO 55000 framework implementation; maintenance data builds; data cleansing; reliability, availability and maintainability modelling; FMEA/RCM; RCAs; and criticality assessments
Provide technical leadership on assigned maintenance data build, cleansing or optimisation projects
Undertake reviews and peer assists in accordance with OMS
Review and checking procedures
Review and approve assigned Wood deliverables
Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives, and industry technology developments
Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific OMS and client procedures in execution of work activities.
Assign specific tasks to subordinates and manage execution of said tasks in line with established project plan
Implement identified improvements to service execution
Undertake review of peer and junior personnel work in accordance with OMS Review and checking procedure
Provide consultancy technical support to the wider Wood business

Repeat custom by means of first class service delivery
Accountable for quality and timely delivery of discipline project deliverables
New custom by means of first class solutions and proposals delivery
Generate technical and commercial work proposals for new business
Provide feedback for continuous improvement of aforementioned procedures, if applicable
Provide discipline technical expertise to the wider Wood business with authority to act as head of discipline within OMS
Provide coaching and mentoring of OMS discipline personnel
Communications & Working Relationships.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the business, project, contract, and discipline interface
Generate and sustain required technical resource capability within discipline.
Networking and knowledge sharing
External:
Maintain awareness of external stakeholders including: industry bodies, academia, vendors, clients, and other CMMS data professionals.
Project execution responsibility as delegated by OMS UK Maintenance Consultancy Manager.
Technical authority within OMS for discipline, including competence assurance for all discipline personnel. As delegated by OMS UK Maintenance Consultancy Manager and in accordance with Wood limits defined within the Delegation of Authority
Skills / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Time served or degree qualified with industrial experience as a maintenance consultant
Minimum Experience:
Demonstrable balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position

Intellectually capable, can apply maintenance consulting theory
Diligent and dependable in consistent application of established process
Professional demeanor with appropriate interpersonal skills
