About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Maintenance Engineer

with extensive experience in

fire alarm and fire fighting systems

. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fire protection systems are fully operational, compliant with safety regulations, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm and fire fighting systems. Diagnose and repair faults in fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records. Ensure compliance with NFPA, BS, and local fire safety codes. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades and repairs. Provide technical support during emergency drills, audits, and safety inspections. Train staff on basic fire safety awareness and system functionality.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong hands-on experience with fire alarm systems (addressable & conventional) and fire fighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps). Minimum [X years] of relevant experience in maintenance engineering. Familiarity with international fire safety standards (NFPA, BS, EN). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Must have a valid QID and NOC
