Maintenance Engineer Electrical

Job Description
- Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance & CM tasks are carried out following the schedule, frequency, and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter
- Carries out a site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule. Establish schedules & identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
- Participate in the development of goals and objectives make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by electrical team.
- Participate in the preparation and administration of the facility maintenance budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment; monitor budget expenditures.
- Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.
- Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
- Responds to emergencies during and after hours to resolve the emergency requirements
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.
- Having 10 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in FM Preferably in the GCC
- Bachelors degree with Electrical specialization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Organizational skills
- To adapt the style of communication to meet the needs of the client
- Team management, well organized & systematic Computer literate in Excellent- versed windows, word processing (MS Word) and Excel, CAFM system
- Candidate should be available in Doha for an interview
- Candidate should be available on transferable RP
- 10 Years Experience preferably in FM
- Bachelor\'s in Electrical
