Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and suppression systems, in accordance with NFPA standards and local regulations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire safety systems, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are functioning correctly and prevent potential failures.
Document all inspections, tests, and repairs in detailed reports for client records.
Communicate with clients to explain maintenance procedures, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with company policies and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest fire protection technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or related field).
1-2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in fire protection systems.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards related to fire safety systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
