Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems. Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and ensure assets are in good working condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Supervise and coordinate work of technicians, contractors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local authority regulations, and company policies. Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and records of work performed. Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables; recommend procurement when required. Support fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment works as needed. Liaise with tenants, property management, and vendors regarding maintenance issues. Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering (or related field). Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in maintenance engineering within real estate, property management, or facilities management. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services. Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong communication and coordination skills. Computer literacy.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
