Job Description
The
Maintenance Engineer must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.Ensure maximum utilization of manpower Daily job scheduling and monitoring Plan for Shift schedules and inform concern departments Monitor and plan consumable spares Monitor and control manpower utilization Monitor and ensure the break downs are attended / completed Raise Purchase Requests and follow up Attend technical problems and guide the team Ensure discipline and adherence to ISO, HSE procedures Monitor HSE - address and close the HSE observation points and further improvement Monitor the skill level of the team members and raise the training needs Monitor executions of services as Annual Maintenance Contracts, wherever applicable Check and improve the skill level by continuous monitoring and guidance
In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager.
Note: Employee to be trained in Abu Dhabi for a few months before deploying to Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
