Maintenance Engineer (Civil) - Dubai Engineering & Technical

Responsibilities:

Candidate should have three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Polytechnics
Minimum 5 years of experience
Should have worked in construction sites of residential AND industrial buildings
Experience in the maintenance of Civil, Electrical and Plumbing Installations is a must
Should have sound knowledge of construction Drawings
Should be able to identify maintenance problems and trouble shoot the issues
Should be able to source materials, compare prices, and place orders for materials and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s required for maintenance
Should have thorough knowledge of PPM procedures.
Should be able to calculate BOQ from Civils Drawings, release tender and finalize contractors.
Good knowledge of Autocad
Good knowledge of Planning software like Prima vera / MS Project
UAE Driving license is PREFERRED.
