Job Title:

Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of all equipment and facilities. The role plays a key part in supporting uninterrupted business operations through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement maintenance schedules and procedures Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identifying root causes and solutions Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and spare parts Implement preventive maintenance programs to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and asset history Train staff on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance practices Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements Stay current with new technologies and maintenance best practices

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Immediate availability is an advantage
