Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems as per project specifications, local codes, and industry standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution and prevent delays.
Ensure strict quality control and adherence to safety regulations during installation and maintenance activities.
Supervise routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and periodic inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Diagnose system issues and recommend effective corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
Review technical drawings, design specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation including inspection reports, maintenance logs, service records, and system upgrade records.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works and ensure cost-effective utilization.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all MEP activities.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and contractors to provide updates and resolve technical issues.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
in MEP installation, maintenance, supervision, or project coordination.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems is essential.
Proven experience in site supervision, inspection, and ensuring technical compliance.
