About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience working with commercial kitchens. You will be responsible for keeping our facility running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out timely repairs Inspect machinery and identify potential problems before they occur Work with the operations team to ensure minimal downtime Keep maintenance logs and follow safety procedures Coordinate with external service providers when needed
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Previous experience working in commercial kitchens or food production facilities Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus Good communication and problem-solving skills
