Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Cityland The Mall Dubai, Beside Global Village

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 3,500 to AED 4,000

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a valid driver's license and solid experience in tile setting, painting, water heater installation, and air conditioning maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance for residential and/or commercial properties

Coordinate and schedule maintenance work across multiple locations

Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, air conditioning units, and other essential systems

Execute quality tile setting and painting projects as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required)

Proven experience in tile setting, painting, water heater installation, and HVAC/air conditioning

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and organizational skills
