Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a
Maintenance Coordinator
with expertise inFire Fighting Systems
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities related to fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with Civil Defense standards and maintaining the operational integrity of all installed systems.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance of fire fighting systems. Supervise maintenance technicians and external vendors during service, testing, and rectification. Ensure timely execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, reports, and compliance documents. Liaise with clients, engineers, and Civil Defense for inspection and compliance. Respond promptly to emergency calls and ensure swift action. Ensure spare parts availability and procurement coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Fire Fighting Maintenance Coordination. Good knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations. Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. UAE driving license is an advantage. Must be available to join
