La Verde Facility management is seeking a skilled and reliable
Maintenance Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Perform preventative maintenance and document all activities.
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Install new equipment and assist in upgrades or modifications.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
