Job Description

To provide full support to Qatar and Qatar mail services activities for entire Client Limited - Qatar 1. Coordinates handling between departments and mail Room, including Internal mail freight services and personal mails, supplies, archives, mails, telecommunication, etc. 2. Liaises with Mail Clerk and departments to coordinate mail / materials IN and OUT activities and services and ensure continuous improvement of mail services. 3. Distribution of Newspapers for the authorized recipient in Client Qatar, Qatar Housing and Qatar Operations Qatar. 4. Collecting and distributing mails /documents/ materials from and to Qatar to the respective departments/ personnel's. 5. Frequent visits to departments / floors / buildings (Qatar) for providing Mail delivery / receipts. 6. Coordinates with all department / floors / buildings (Qatar) for correspondence Receipt and Dispatch support, including Internal documents, External Documents, Courier Services, Parcels, etc. 7. Takes Health, Safety, Environmental & Security (HSE&S) lead in ensuring 'safe systems of work' and 'safe conditions' are in place within area of responsibility. 8. Assist Mail clerk to update and maintain the log record of all incoming and outgoing mails in hard and soft copies. 9. Packing of all the documents, material samples etc. as per the transmittal for Qatar, Qatar and Qatar. 10. Performs other similar or related duties as required. Ensures adherence of company's policies, procedures and initiatives. Performs ad hoc assignments as requested / assigned by General Services Supervisor or Support Services Officer or Department Head / Manager.
