Overview:

Job Title: Mail and Distribution Support Specialist Job Location: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Mail and Distribution Support Specialist to join our team based in Kuwait. Job Responsibilities:

Provide official mail and distribution services in accordance with pertinent ARs, DOD, and USPS manuals. Receive and pick up mail and make distribution of all classes of incoming official mail and parcels for the organization in accordance with applicable regulations and guidance at least once daily. Provide a daily updated Brigade mail list of all classes of official mail and parcels for the organization. Receive, pick up and sign for regular and accountable mail at the installation mail center and from private carriers. Receive and distribute intra-post distribution and correspondence to include accountable mail. Maintain an authorization roster for receipt of classified and accountable mail for each unit. Research and re-direct misdirected personal mail. Process undeliverable mail in accordance with pertinent ARs, DOD, and USPS manuals. Receive and dispatch outgoing regular, accountable, and classified official mail in accordance with applicable regulations and guidance. Maintain an active and inactive file of personnel appointed unit mail clerks and personnel designated to sign for accountable mail on appropriate form(s). Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing mail support to a US Military base Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Must have experience using Official Mail and Distribution procedures Preparation and processing of pertinent forms Word processing, spreadsheets, database, and electronic form filler software Final preparation of military correspondence (AR 25-50) Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) Privacy Act (PA) and procedures for proper release of personal information Must be able to lift 70 lbs routinely Desired Qualifications:

Additional experience providing mail and distribution support to a US Military base is highly desired. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent in experience in lieu of a degree Trace Systems
