Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide maids and housekeeping staff
Assign daily duties and work schedules
Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety
Monitor attendance and staff performance
Ensure proper use of cleaning tools and materials
Report maintenance issues to management
Requirements:
Previous experience as Maid Supervisor or similar role
Basic English communication skills
Ability to manage a team
Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety
Hardworking and well-organized
