Alfa Maid Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Male Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' homes, offices, and commercial spaces. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all clients by performing various cleaning tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and safely.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and tasks are completed within the required time frame.
Change bed linens, towels, and ensure all areas are neat and tidy.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
Ensure the proper storage and organization of cleaning materials.
Follow all health and safety standards in the performance of duties.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or requests promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience is mandatory.
Must know how to operate Floor Scrubbing Machine and Shampooing Machine.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
