1. Capable to operates and maintain various industrial machines ie.lathe, milling, drilling, dynamic balancing, etc
2. Good Knowledge on Drawings, measurements, work instructions & blueprints to ensure accurate production
3. Know to use all type of measuring tools ie. Varnier , dial gauge, boore gauge, micrometers etcs.
4. Select appropriate machine tools and know the settings adjustments, feeds as necessary.
5. Plan proper sequence of the tasks to complete products .
6. Ensure out put and quality of the products
7. Understand and conform basic maintenance of machines
8. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the machines and shop area.
