Job Description
Major Responsibilities & Duties performed: 1)Follow the instructions for required machining jobs and well skilled in Lathe, Milling, Drilling and shaper machines. 2)Coordinate with the member of machine shop section for smooth operation. 3)Maintain discipline in the section. 4)Prepares needed machining work and ensure that prepared machine work is within the quality required. 5)Ensure the availability of spare tools for all sizes that are in need from time to time. 6)Maintain good housekeeping in the area. 7)Abide by the company rules and regulations. 8)To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies. 9)To follow safety instructions related to their jobs. 10)To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff. 11)To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions. 12)To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities. 13)To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible. 14)To attend safety trainings planned for him.
