Requirement 1. 5 to 10 years of machining experience with conventional, fully or semi-automated machinery in the manufacturing industry/workshops / tool rooms. 2. Vocational Trade Certificate. 3. Good command of the English language. Key Responsibilities/ Duties

• Providing instantaneous support on demand for the Mechanical Maintenance team by manufacturing the machine parts / refurbishing the worn-out machine part as per drawing or as per sample.
• Set up and operate independently various conventional tool room machines, such as shaping, milling, radial drilling, bench grinding, etc...
• Set up and operate machine tools associated with developing new press tools, Jigs, and fixings.
• Plan sequence of operations, apply knowledge of geometry/trigonometry, and stock allowances for thickness, fits, and tolerances of the machine parts to be manufactured.
• Good knowledge of machine shop practices.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
• Perform other tasks and duties as allocated by a department Manager or Superior.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities:

• comply with reasonable OSH instructions and safe working procedures;
• use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems;
• be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures;
• not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety;
• assist with the preparation of risk assessments; and
• report OSH hazards, incidents, and issues

• Machinist: 3 years (Required)
