Operate paving machines to distribute, level, and smooth asphalt or concrete on roadways and other surfaces
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent material flow and proper depth
Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience operating paving machinery (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Familiarity with asphalt and concrete paving techniques
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Working Conditions
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Exposure to loud machinery and construction environments
May require overtime, weekend, or night shifts depending on project timelines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
