Chester Machine Tools Middle East is a leading provider of machine tools including lathes, milling machines, bandsaws, grinding and drilling machines across the Middle East.
Job Summary
We are seeking a person with experience of machine tools for general warehouse work based at our Jebel Ali Freezone Warehouse in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have some experience of Lathes, Milling machines, grinders and saws with a good background in driving forklifts and lifting machines.
Key Responsibilities
Commissioning:
Perform general checks on machines.Preparation:
Clean machines and ensure they are packed correctly for despatch.Documentation:
Ensure all manuals are supplied with machines alongwith Pre Delivery Paperwork and delivery/collection notes.Requirements
Experience:
General Knowledge of machine tools and engineering will be an advantage, ability to drive forklifts and sling machines essential.Technical Expertise:
A knowledge of machine tool operation is preferred but not essentialCommunication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English will e an advantageCustomer Focus:
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.Independence & Adaptability:
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively.ravel Readiness:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across GCC countries, often at short notice.Driving License:
