Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Assist in assembly, testing, and packing of products
Conduct quality checks and maintain production records
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
+2 / Higher Secondary (Grade 12)
Basic technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
Previous experience in production/manufacturing preferred but not mandatory
