Job Description
Description of main tasks: The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks: 1.Production
- Set up , Organize ,Speed up the the machine as per start Up , instruction by Shift Leader
- Set controls to Regulate Water circulation of Flow meter, air pressure, Temperature, RPM,
- Synchronize Speed of Extruder in Line with Oven , conveyor
- Patrolling of machine to Prevent Breakdown or Equipment failure during Running & Dry run
- Locate defects , Batch no ,change information on Product
- Keep work area ,Tools ,other supplies Clean & Organized throughout work shift
- Work should be as per SOP , WI following procedures & WAM program requirements
- Safely & Efficiently Operate the Oven, Extruder ,mill ,Downstream & other Equipments.
- Coordinate with other machine operator to Ensure Production schedule is met & downtime is
- Monitor gauges ,dials & other indicators to make sure a machine working properly
- Check & monitor processing conditions & Product Quality
- Fill the Report & take accurate reading of parameters.
- Lead a back up team during set up
- Responsibility of Quality & product produced within the shift in line with company Quality
- Ensures the proper operation and the daily routine maintenance of assigned machine/s and
- Ensure Proper Start up & Shut Down of m/c
- Run assigned machines & Ensure Product is correct & in Specification.
- Maintains proper use and care of equipment
- Maintain good Housekeeping Standards to Ensure clean & Safe workplace for Machine, Canteen
- During work by End of Shift later Next shift starting
- Train & Assist in Training new Employees.
- Fill & Record the daily Report & take accurate reading of parameters.
- Maintain Checklist assigned for particular job
- Document all necessary information in Reports
- Communicate Shift leader ,Other machine Operators, QC Technician,Safety
- Wearing of Proper Personal protective Equipments safety shoes ,Ear Plugs , Hand gloves &
- Safety of their work environment.
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma (Required)
- Machine Operator: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
