Overview:
Looking for an ambitious, passionate and creative-minded Machine Learning Engineer, to support the development of Machine Learning Operations at G42 Healthcare, driving and enabling automated machine learning model deployments and managing the full lifecycle of our ML projects.

At the forefront in the battle against the pandemic, G42 Healthcare partnered with Abu Dhabi authorities to develop a massive throughput laboratory in 14 days and spearheaded the world's first Phase 3 clinical trial of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine. Beyond Covid-19, G42 Healthcare is also developing a program of activities to support the health of future generations - ranging from genomics, imaging and diagnostics to digitization programs, manufacturing and cutting-edge research. Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects and advocate for ML excellence
- Adapt standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments (e.g. distributed clusters, GPU)
- Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules-based models
- Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmaps
- Code deliverables in tandem with the engineering team
- ML model's deployment, testing and continues maintenance

About G42

- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, deep learning, artificial intelligence
- Experience with developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
- Knowledge developing and debugging in Python
- Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Exposure to architectural patterns of large scale software applications
- At Least 2+ years of experience using frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc. and ability to understand tools used by data scientists
- Demonstrated ability to build MLOps pipelines on cloud solutions (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with MLOps Frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, Airflow etc.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
