A leading international law firm is seeking to hire a mid-senior level corporate associate to join its market-leading M&A and ECM practice in Dubai. The firm advises an exceptional client base that includes sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporates, financial institutions, investment banks, private equity sponsors and government entities, regularly acting on many of the region's most high-profile and complex transactions.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of high-value public and private M&A transactions, equity capital markets matters, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance advisory work. The firm offers an integrated platform working across offices and jurisdictions, providing lawyers with genuine international deal flow and cross-border exposure across multiple sectors.
Candidate Requirements:

• Mid-to-senior level corporate lawyer with proven experience advising on both M&A and ECM transactions.
• Previous experience gained at a Magic Circle, international, or top-tier law firm.
• Outstanding technical ability combined with strong commercial judgement and transaction management skills.
• Excellent academic record.
• Fluent English essential; Arabic language skills advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with significant client contact.
