Job summary

You are looking for a VIE in Duba\xc3\xaf and you have a previous experience in M&A ? So apply !

You will join Cr\xc3\xa9dit Agricole CIB Duba\xc3\xaf as a M&A Analyst, assisting the Investment banking team in its origination and execution efforts.

Your concrete missions will be the following :

• Perform research and assist in conducting strategic and financial analyses
• Help in preparing the required marketing and execution materials
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including but not limited to :

• compliance manual
• compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time
• Comply with Financial Security requirements including but not limited to Prevention of Financial crim and Fraud (including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer)
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.

To be eligible for a VIE :
