You will join Cr\xc3\xa9dit Agricole CIB Duba\xc3\xaf as a M&A Analyst, assisting the Investment banking team in its origination and execution efforts.

A first experience in M&A is mandatory
Required skills
Hard Skills:
You will join Cr\xc3\xa9dit Agricole CIB Duba\xc3\xaf as a M&A Analyst, assisting the Investment banking team in its origination and execution efforts.
Your concrete missions will be the following :
- Perform research and assist in conducting strategic and financial analyses
- Help in preparing the required marketing and execution materials
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including but not limited to :
- compliance manual
- compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time
- Comply with Financial Security requirements including but not limited to Prevention of Financial crim and Fraud (including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer)
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
- Be less than 28 years
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen
