Job Purpose:



We are seeking an experienced and motivated M3 Solution Architect / Project Coordinator to join our team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, with a proven track record of successful Infor M3 implementations in the equipment manufacturing industry. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring customer-centric solutions, and driving project success from initiation to delivery.



Key Accountabilities:



Lead solution architecture and provide project coordination for Infor M3 implementations



Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess requirements and design optimal solutions.

Apply Infor implementation methodologies to ensure consistent and effective project deliver

Facilitate requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and process alignment with customers.

Develop comprehensive project documentation, presentations, and training materials

Support pre-sales and engagement activities with customer-centric approaches

Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Manage risks, timelines, and resources to achieve project milestones.



Experience & Skills:



5-7 years of experience in the equipment manufacturing industry with multiple Infor M3 implementation cycles

Strong functional and technical expertise in Infor M3 solutions

Proven experience in solution assessment, requirements gathering, and delivering customer-centric solutions

Familiarity with Infor implementation methodologies

Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
