About the Role

We're looking for someone who understands that luxury isn't just about beautiful places, it's about thoughtful details, trust and creating unforgettable moments. As our Luxury Villa Specialist, you'll be the expert behind handpicked getaways, helping clients feel at home anywhere in the world.

You'll be the go-to person for everything from selecting the perfect villa to setting up private chefs and spa services, ensuring every stay is seamless, sophisticated, and truly personal.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and recommend ultra-luxury villas and chalets tailored to high-net-worth clients' tastes, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. Coordinate and execute full-spectrum villa experiences from pre-arrival logistics to post-departure services including transportation, chef services, private security, childcare, spa treatments, and personal concierge requests. Oversee and manage bespoke travel and villa programs from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring seamless operations with a commitment to excellence. Prepare and manage confidentiality agreements (NDAs), ensuring client privacy and discretion are upheld at every stage of the villa rental and occupancy process. Personally supervise and direct villa setup to the highest luxury standards, including staging, housekeeping arrangements, entertainment systems, temperature control, fragrance, amenities, and custom welcome kits. Select, brief, and coordinate temporary villa staff including private chefs, butlers and cleaning crews based on the specific expectations of each client. Act as the principal point of contact between clients, internal teams, and a global network of premium service providers and local partners. Provide destination-specific insights and insider recommendations across key luxury hotspots such as the French Riviera, Ibiza, Tuscany, Sardinia, Lake Como, Saint Barthelemy (St. Barts) and other elite European and Caribbean locales. Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations, and respond swiftly across multiple time zones with professionalism. Maintain high standards of confidentiality and practice discretion when managing high-profile client data and travel details. Participate in strategic operational enhancements, internal training, and special company initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives from the world of luxury travel.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Luxury Villa Specialist, Property Consultant, or Travel Advisor with a focus on ultra-luxury hospitality and bespoke travel. Demonstrated success managing complex villa bookings and curating tailor-made stays for elite global clientele. In-depth knowledge of elite travel destinations including Sardinia, Tuscany, Lake Como, Ibiza, Marbella, Saint-Tropez, Provence, and St. Barts. Strong background in villa setup and staffing coordination, with the ability to deliver turn-key experiences down to the finest details. Exceptional logistical, organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Tech-savvy and proficient with Mac OS, G-Suite, and modern booking or CRM tools. High emotional intelligence and refined interpersonal skills; able to communicate and collaborate with ultra-affluent clients and top-tier partners with ease and diplomacy. Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to upholding luxury service standards. Flexible work schedule to accommodate clients globally across various time zones.
