Role Summary

The Private Villa Housekeeper / Food & Beverage Attendant delivers a standard of service equivalent to a luxury hotel while respecting the discretion and intimacy of a private family residence. The role combines meticulous housekeeping, refined table service, light food preparation, and proactive household support. Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Villa Presentation

Maintain all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to five-star hotel standards.

Carry out daily cleaning routines and scheduled deep cleaning (including windows, balconies, and storage areas).

Ensure rooms are always guest-ready, including bed linen changes and towel rotation.

Care for luxury furnishes such as marble, wood, glass, and fine fabrics.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards throughout the villa.

Laundry & Wardrobe Care

Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, and folding with attention to fabric care.

Organize wardrobes neatly and maintain clothing in excellent condition.

Manage seasonal clothing and accessory storage appropriately.

Food & Beverage Service

Prepare simple, fresh and healthy meals such as breakfast items, salads, light snacks and juices with the support of chef and villa manager.

Set dining tables according to hotel-style and family-style service standards with the support of villa manager.

Provide discreet and polished table service when required, including clearing and resetting with the support of villa manager.

Guest & Household Support

Support the Villa Manager and other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist during guest visits with refined hospitality and discretion.

Carry out small household tasks or errands as requested.

Standards, Conduct & Confidentiality

Monitor household and cleaning supplies and report shortages promptly.

Follow routines, checklists, and instructions set by the Villa Manager.

Report maintenance issues immediately.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, guests, and villa operations always.

Requirements & Profile

Proven experience in luxury hotels, private villas, or high-end hospitality environments.

Strong housekeeping, organization and hygiene knowledge.

Ability to prepare light meals and assist with food and beverage service.

Excellent personal grooming, professional appearance, and service etiquette.

Trustworthy, discreet, reliable, and able to work independently.

Good communication skills in English.
