Position Overview:

Luxury Travel Advisor

who thrives on curating bespoke travel experiences for elite clientele. In this key role, you will combine your expert knowledge of global travel trends with exceptional service to design highly personalized itineraries. Your deep understanding of luxury travel will ensure that our clients' travels are exceptional, seamless, and unforgettable.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete program travel arrangement from initial request to operation to completion Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems promptly with all types of customers under all circumstances Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation Adapt and change as requirements of the business change Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up Knowledgeable in creating bespoke customized itinerary packages Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to the shifting needs of the business. Act as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Follow through to meet deadlines and requests Possesses a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information; maintains employer's privacy by keeping information private Represents the Company with a high degree of professionalism Works independently and/or within a team on special projects as assigned

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Travel Advisor in hospitality, travel, and tourism. Proficiency in Saber GDS and Salesforce CRM system At least two years of experience in commercial flight booking Has full knowledge and experience of handling VIPs and arranging itineraries Must be a project-oriented team player, organized with strong attention to detail Must be comfortable assisting with a wide variety of travel arrangements with various orientations and profiles Must possess an acute thought process and the ability to anticipate Impeccable listening skills and a strong desire to learn Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent customer service skills Highly professional, good judgment, an eye for detail and be willing to take initiative Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of people; from staff through high visibility/wealthy clients and business partners Strong sense of respect, teamwork, dignity, and integrity Proficient in MAC IOS and G-Suit Flexibility in work schedule
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
