Who You Are:

You're a well-traveled, detail-obsessed professional who knows what exceptional service looks like because you've lived it, delivered it, and refined it over years in the industry. You understand the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and know how to surpass them with consistency, precision, and polish. You're confident working across time zones, cultures, and complex itineraries, and your reputation is built on your ability to execute flawlessly.

What You'll Do:

Complete program travel arrangement from initial request to operation to completion Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems promptly with all types of customers under all circumstances Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation Adapt and change as requirements of the business change Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up Knowledgeable in creating bespoke customized itinerary packages Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to the shifting needs of the business. Act as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Follow through to meet deadlines and requests Possesses a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information; maintains employer's privacy by keeping information private Represents the Company with a high degree of professionalism Works independently and/or within a team on special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

3 to 5+ years experience in luxury travel, lifestyle management, or high-end hospitality Extensive, first-hand familiarity with global destinations and five-star properties worldwide Proven background in creating tailor-made, multi-stop itineraries for discerning travelers A natural command of international standards in service, etiquette, and presentation Ability to handle last-minute requests, schedule changes, and complex logistics with composure and discretion Exceptional attention to detail nothing overlooked, everything accounted for Fluent in English with clear, articulate communication; multilingual ability is a strong advantage A well-rounded worldview, demonstrated by cultural awareness, rich life experience, and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in Saber GDS and Salesforce CRM system Proficient in MAC IOS and G-Suit Flexibility in work schedule
