Luxury Skin Care Sales Consultant
Location: A premier mall in Dubai, UAE
Position: Full-Time, 6 days a week

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Luxury Skin Care Sales Consultant to represent our exclusive brand at a high-traffic mall kiosk in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a beauty enthusiast who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and excels at delivering an exceptional, personalized customer experience.
You will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging customers, providing expert skincare advice, and driving sales through your deep product knowledge and consultative selling approach.
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Proactively and warmly engage with mall visitors, identifying their skincare needs and recommending tailored solutions from our luxury product line.
• Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our entire skincare and cosmetics range, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct mini skin consultations to understand customer concerns and build a regimen that delivers results, thereby building trust and loyalty.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive selling and exceptional customer service.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the luxury image of the brand at all times through professional appearance, demeanor, and product presentation.
• Kiosk Operations: Manage daily kiosk operations, including maintaining impeccable cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, processing transactions, and managing stock levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: Proven previous experience in skincare or luxury cosmetics sales within the UAE.
• Essential: A strong background in luxury retail, specifically within skincare, cosmetics, or beauty.
• Strongly Preferred: Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable to connect with our diverse clientele.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• A genuine passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
• A well-groomed, professional appearance befitting a luxury brand.
