Position Summary:
Working within the PR Asia Le Cercle Centre of Transformation, this role is responsible to co-design with markets the most appropriate Luxury Route-to-Market strategies across the Asia region, and to help implement these RTMs, building the necessary capabilities (HR, processes and tools) at the regional and market level.
The role will have to consider different scenarios of RTM possible, including indirect ones, and new or alternative ones. The role will actively look to develop synergies across the region, and try to leverage transversal approaches when relevant.
The role will work with a team, comprising as well a Data Lead and a Strategy Lead, under the leadership of the Le Cercle Asia Business Director.
