Position Summary:
Working within the PR Asia Le Cercle Centre of Transformation, this role is responsible to co-design with markets the most appropriate Luxury Route-to-Market strategies across the Asia region, and to help implement these RTMs, building the necessary capabilities (HR, processes and tools) at the regional and market level.
The role will have to consider different scenarios of RTM possible, including indirect ones, and new or alternative ones. The role will actively look to develop synergies across the region, and try to leverage transversal approaches when relevant.

The role will work with a team, comprising as well a Data Lead and a Strategy Lead, under the leadership of the Le Cercle Asia Business Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Markets RTM co-design
  • Co-designs with BrandCo and markets and RTM strategy for direct / indirect Luxury sales and helps accelerating its implementation.
  • Defines and renew the RTM strategy and model/playbook on regular basis at Asia level.
  • Works with business, marketing and sales teams to accelerate the implementation of D2VIP KDP where possible.
  • Alternative RTMs
  • Identifies new opportunities for alternative Luxury RTMs (NFTs, cask investment, Maison Le Cercle, etc.)
  • Regional/Global synergies
  • Assesses opportunities for regional/global synergies and help to replicate across markets.
  • Identifies best-practices in business operations in the region, and facilitate their adoption in other markets to ensure the continuous improvement of the business performance.
  • HR strategy
  • Co-work with HR team to build HR principles and identify key capabilities for regional and local Prestige teams: profile, skills, training

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

Essential:
  • Proficiency with Route-to-Market experience at luxury products or premium wine & spirits brands
  • Proficiency with product launch and lifecycle marketing activities in different channels at Asia region level.
  • Knowledge of Wine & Spirits industry and related product
  • Competency of Strategic thinking
  • Good communication skills and open minded
  • Market research knowledge
  • Project management skills and very detailed oriented
  • Ability of problem solving and conflict management
  • Bachelor s Degree with more than 5 years experience in above areas
  • Fluent English
Desirable:
  • Exposure at an Asia regional business markets with solid understanding for specific RTM experience
