About the job

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Managers, you will work across strategic Middle East and North America (MENA) initiatives, drive healthy sites, and connect to our communities.You will ensure projects across MENA are effectively executed and tracked, and support the rest of the team with data driven projects and data analysis.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver site strategy initiatives, track progress, and track alignment with market plans and global objectives. Bring coherence to site wide initiatives and ensure alignment with market strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end execution of programs for Googlers across Middle East and North America (MENA), deliver plans, build operational standards, and land strategic priorities. Set priorities, review Objective Key Results (OKRs), and provide feedback as a close partner to Site Leads.
  • Bridge communication between site stakeholders and central teams, develop/manage processes for tracking programs, monitor progress, mitigate risk, and play a conduit role between Site Leads and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide support to teams by conducting data analysis, deriving insights, building dashboards, and putting together recommendations.
  • Manage Partner Relationship Object (PRO) partners and vendors to ensure smooth onboarding of hired individuals.
