Key Responsibilities:
Represent premium real estate listings in the luxury segment (villas, penthouses, branded residences, etc.)
Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and international buyers.
Handle property viewings with a strong sense of confidentiality, etiquette, and presentation.
Stay up to date with luxury property trends, pricing, and developer portfolios.
Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies for exclusive listings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-end digital content, brochures, and property campaigns.
Manage the full sales process: from client introduction and negotiation to closing and handover.
Attend luxury real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and client events both locally and internationally.
Maintain strong knowledge of legal, financial, and procedural aspects of property transactions in your region.
Provide concierge-level service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket sales (hospitality, private banking, luxury brands, etc.)
Strong network of HNWIs and/or experience dealing with elite clientele
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle and market expectations
Professional appearance and polished personal brand
Fluent in English (other languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Mandarin are a plus)
Valid driving license and car (if applicable to region)
