We are seeking an experienced

Luxury Real Estate Agent

to join our team of tastemakers, storytellers, and lifestyle curators.

This is not traditional brokerage.

Responsibilities

Represent a curated portfolio of ultra-luxury villas, penthouses, and bespoke residences. Cultivate and manage relationships with UHNW and HNW clients (local & international). Provide a lifestyle-driven approach to sales -- understanding design, architecture, and craftsmanship. Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with precision and confidentiality. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to craft compelling property narratives. Stay ahead of Dubai's evolving real estate market, maintaining insight into high-end trends and developments.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate within Dubai or major global markets. Proven record of high-value transactions (AED 10M+). Deep understanding of Dubai's prime communities and architectural landscape. Sophisticated communication skills -- fluency in English is a must; Arabic, French, Russian, Persian is a plus. Refined personal presentation; confident in engaging UHNW clientele. Strong network within the luxury, design, and hospitality sectors. Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred.
