Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Luxury Property Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end real estate, exceptional communication skills in Arabic and English, and the ability to provide a superior client experience to a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote luxury residential properties to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) Provide personalized consultation and expert property advice to clients in Arabic and English Manage client relationships with professionalism, discretion, and integrity Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and investment presentations Negotiate and close high-value deals in line with PSI's standards and client expectations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market and industry trends Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, and sales teams to ensure a seamless transaction process Attend property launches, client meetings, and industry events on behalf of PSI

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written) Proven experience in luxury real estate or a high-end sales environment Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (UAE experience preferred) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills Presentable, confident, and client-focused RERA Certification (advantageous) Valid UAE Driving License
