Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan property projects to potential investors and buyers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage sales documentation, booking forms, and CRM updates.
Provide clients with accurate market insights, payment plans, and project details.
Coordinate with marketing, admin, and developers to ensure smooth deal closures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in off-plan property sales (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Qatar's real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be currently based in Qatar with valid documents.
