We are hiring people for real estate industry for Secondary Market. Location: The Bay Gate Towers, Business Bay Position: Property Consultant Organization: Asset Homez About Position: We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. Monthly Salary Package: Salary+ Upto 60% Commissions Gender: Male/Female Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, etc.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
- Proven Real Estate sales experience.
- The desire to grow Financially
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
