Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Property Consultant to join our elite team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high?end real estate, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long?term relationships with high?net?worth clients. This role requires deep market knowledge, a professional presence, and the ability to manage complex, high?value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for luxury and premium properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with high?net?worth clients and investors
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with professionalism
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Represent exclusive projects and collaborate closely with leading developers
Maintain an updated database of listings, leads, and market activity
Negotiate and close high?value sales transactions in line with company standards
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
Represent the company at luxury events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of premium communities, developers, and market dynamics
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client?relationship skills
Professional appearance and confident client?facing presence
Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Real estate certification is an advantage
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
