Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi. Provide expert guidance on property values, market trends, and legal procedures. Conduct property tours, client consultations, and negotiations. Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals. Stay informed on new developments, off-plan projects, and regulatory updates. Collaborate with internal teams to market listings and close deals efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, communities, and lifestyle offerings. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus. UAE driving license and real estate certification preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and property portals.
