A boutique luxury lifestyle management firm with five divisions encompasses bookings for the best of the best in restaurants, events, hotels, villas, yachts, cars, and other engagements as we ensure that our clients enjoy the best possible full experience of the world's most luxurious destinations.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for the ideal candidate to support our team engaged with booking and managing reservations restaurants and ground transportation as well as additional lifestyle services, around the world.

Three (3) years minimum experience as a concierge Must have excellent phone manners and organizational skills, as well as ability to multitask and adapt to change.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for booking hotels, resorts, other properties, and outside services (i.e. lifestyle services, ground transportation, etc.) for VIP clients, and for handling any change and requests as they come. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service to VIP clientele. Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues Daily monitoring, sorting and working with Salesforce Participating in team conference calls and meetings as scheduled.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

3 - 5 years minimum experience in travel, hotel or restaurant hospitality a MUST Fluent in English language Exceptional customer service skills Able to make air, hotel, rail, car and other transportation reservations Internet research skills Ability to work independently, using discretion and judgment and in the absence of supervision Ability to manage multiple tasks Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Working knowledge of G-Suite
