under different companies in delivering high-end interiors and bespoke furniture solutions across the region. We are now strengthening our design division under the Da Terra brand as part of our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

We are hiring a

full-time Interior Designer

with strong technical skills and a refined sense of luxury aesthetics. This role involves working on high-end residential and commercial projects that integrate furniture from some of the world's most exclusive brands. You will be part of a fast-paced and growing team, with room to take on more responsibility as your skills and contribution evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of

interior concepts

, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and FF&E proposals. Produce detailed

3D visualizations (3ds Max)

and technical drawings (

AutoCAD

) for client presentations and execution. Assist in creating BOQs and coordinating specifications with the procurement team. Attend

site visits

for client measurements, surveys, and progress checks when needed. Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution. Be

client-facing

when required -- for briefings, presentations, and showroom consultations. Maintain

high organizational standards

, timely task delivery, and accurate reporting. Be proactive in learning, adapting, and growing within a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of interior design experience

, ideally in the luxury or high-end market. Strong skills in

3ds Max, AutoCAD

, and related rendering and drafting software. Fluent in

English

(spoken and written) -- other languages are a bonus. A

keen eye for luxury design

, detail, and materiality. Confident communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Open to site visits and flexible for project-based timelines. High levels of initiative and a

growth-oriented mindset
