Junior Interior Designer

ELE Interior Design is a friendly, boutique Interior Design Studio, we are looking to expand our workplace family.

The ideal candidate will have strong, relevant experience in Luxury Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Markets in the UAE with excellent creative thinking & management skills and be able to create designs based on conversations and a brief from clients. You should be able to demonstrate completed projects within Dubai, have a strong supplier network and confidence in presenting and managing third parties, contractors and Client expectations. You should be able to manage a team, communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently on delivering a project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects following Company style

Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires.

Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock-ups and renderings) for clients

Fully versed in FF&E & Procurement and relevant documentation for projects.

Create, manage and organize documentation; project administration.

Manage budgeting, scheduling and project management.

Project supervision both onsite and off, communicating with Clients & Contractors

Reporting on progress and providing solutions to the Studio Manager & General Manager

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices Managing the ID department deliverables, 3D team & Interns, providing advice and training & performance management Provide support to Senior Designers, including deliverables.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 + years of experience in related field, majority to be within UAE

Interior Designer/ Architect with creative and passion in design with high level of attention to detail.

Proficient in software's including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Sketchup

Strong English written and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Have UAE driving license and personal transport.
