Key Responsibilities:
Perform engine oil and filter changes, battery checks, and air-filter inspections
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report findings
Provide professional customer service, including product advising, upselling, and cross-selling
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the lube bay, tools, and equipment
Accurately record services in the FMS system
Handle billing, cash transactions, and receipts
Adhere to all SOPs, HSE policies, and safety requirements
Role Requirements:
Secondary education
2-3 years of experience in lube/oil change operations
Basic English and Arabic communication skills
Physically fit, hardworking, and punctual
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Good customer service attitude
