Job Role:

  • The role will lead and support creation and maintenance of the loyalty platform integration product; enabling internal clients and any external partners to seamlessly connect and co-create digital product and experiences leveraging capabilities
  • The job holder will embody client\'s value of Effortless Experience in the platform design and architecture, enabling zero code plug and play integration strategies to integration offering where is the primary loyalty and marketing platform for the partner.
  • The role, working closely with product management and the engineering team, will interface with the relevant internal business stakeholders, technology partners as well as relevant 3rd party partners
  • The job holder will be expected to ensure best practice with industry standards and compliance on governance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and maintain a scalable, resilient digital open loyalty platform around a full stack marketing technology based on best of breed COTS solutions.
  • Lead solution design on creating an integration product that are easily consumable across SHARE ecosystem partners, with emphasis on a low code/zero code integration approach for all partners.
  • Consult , Collaborate and Contribute with the enterprise architecture team in the creation of an enterprise wise composition framework that enables rapid creation of products and features.
  • Innovate and enhance the SHARE integration architecture enabling creation of zero code composable products leveraging capabilities of SHARE platform, wider and partner ecosystems exposed via the composition framework.
  • Working in agile teams, provide detailed specifications of the designs to the engineering team enabling the creation of releasable stories.
  • Consistently participate in all agile ceremonies and engage with the engineering teams to unblock design related issues.
  • Drive scalable and flexible designs that enable data acquisition of an infinite numbers of demographic, psychographic and behavioral characteristics through the existing integration product without additional engineering.
  • Keep data privacy and security at the forefront of all design choices and ensure all partner integrations strictly abide by the enterprise guardrails in place for the same.
  • Own and drive the lifecycle of the integration product keeping abreast with the technology enhancement and innovations in SHARE and its partner ecosystem; ensuring the integration product is flexible enough to support a wide choice of technologies and variants across the ecosystem.
  • Define the product success metrics together with product management , design and lead implementation of leading and lagging metrics for the integration product and consistently focus on improving the product and integration capabilities that drives faster internal or external partner onboarding.
  • Work closely with Product Management and development teams on the integration of all new partnerships to SHARE. Take ownership of the end to end solution design and engage with the architects from other value stream in creating digital experiences leveraging partnership capabilities through SHARE app or other digital channels.
  • Govern the continuous integration and delivery pipelines for all components that are part of the loyalty platform ensuring consistency and coherence of the integration product.
  • Analyze current technologies used within the loyalty platform and drive initiatives aimed at improving the overall utilization and value generation from the stack.
  • Own, catalog , manage and maintain the capability library of the technology stack that powers the loyalty platform
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the loyalty and marketing automation platforms and drive value creation using products and features of the platform in the SHARE ecosystem for SHARE and its partners.
  • Ensures solutions meet all security, compliance, privacy and operational guidelines for each markets SHARE will operate.
  • Influences changes to standards when necessary.
  • Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.

  • Documented and up-to-date architecture repository of all as-is solutions across the group
  • Successful Delivery of the Solution within pre-defined KPI and KGI
  • Continuously identify and address solution architecture issues
  • Ensuring solution architecture governance thus contributing to higher rate of technology implementations harmonization and quality across the group
  • Understands how organizations work and applies this to getting things done through formal and informal channels
  • Finding the best solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
  • Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Ability to leverage capabilities of a technology stack and create reusable low code/zero code integration products
  • Proficiency in designing and writing RESTful or GRAPH APIs
  • Proficiency in event driven architecture, modern communication protocols, integrating cloud and on-premise solutions, streaming architecture
  • Self-starter, strong sense of ownership, gets things done.
  • Capable of making timely decisions while dealing with uncertainties & inadequate information.
  • Strong understanding & experience with Design patterns, Data Structures
  • Developed a culture of benchmarking and optimization
  • Comfortable working in agile product development environment, building from scratch and continuously improving it.
  • Previous experience in working in a Scale Agile Framework will be an added advantage
  • Provide guideline and best practice on sharing the Microsoft & Oracle models and architecture to the business audience
  • Recommend and define transition solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of simplifying, stabilizing, and modernizing the ERP solution.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Minimum experience
  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering. MS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration technologies
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing complex applications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as an architect with proven experience in integrations and productizing of an integration product.
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
