Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise the loyalty program to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases. Designing rewards programs, analyzing customer data, and improving customer engagement strategies. Explaining Loyalty program through Presentations and increase sales.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in doing calling, and client meetings.
Require excellent presentations skills
